Enjoy breath-taking mountain and sea views from all corners of the house, situated in an exclusive area just a short stroll to the famous Puerto Calero Marina. On the first floor of the villa, there are 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. With a bonus of a ground floor annex comprising of 2 more bedrooms, bathroom, dining and living area. The outdoor space has an integrated BBQ and dining area, Hot Tub, Tennis Court, private salt chlorinated pool and many outdoor terraces to enjoy the sun!

Just want to say how wonderful our 10 night say here was for my mums 60th Birthday every think was perfect would highly recommend. Andrea was a great host realy helpful and couldn't do enough to help out.
This was the second time we booked this house. We love its location. Always windy on the Island but due to location and walls quiet and not windy next to pool. Jacuzzi is a perfect add-on! Lots of room, we were with 8 adults and one baby. Spacy kitchen, smart TV and WiFi. Very nice BBQ area. Studio down stairs was perfect for the parents with baby. For strollers and the elderly, walking to the harbour is a bit of a challenge (no pavement).

Just a 10 minute stroll from the beautiful Marina of Puerto Calero.
Puerto Calero is much more than a marina, there are a wide selection of cafés, bars and restaurants along the waterfront and its a beautiful place to sit and watch the comings and goings, with the sound of the clink of ropes on the masts, and the school of fish that swim around the marina – eager for any left over bread from your meal.
Set back behind the frontline is a second row of shops, here you can find exclusive designer goods such as Hugo Boss, Lacoste, Armani, Helly Hansen and DKNY.
There are also a choice of leisure facilities at the marina, you can go sea fishing, sailing and even dive in a submarine from this location.
Only a 15 minute Taxi ride from the airport
