Overall, the place offered value for its price, but it had some limitations. The building itself wasn't the most appealing, but it was functional. There was limited space for a dining table, and the sofa bed required rearranging furniture for use. The host made some efforts to create a pleasant stay, such as providing good internet speed and games. The size of the unit is best suited for a family of 4, especially if the children are young. The noise level around the pool was disruptive, and there seemed to be a lack of enforcement regarding noise regulations. The pool also appeared overcrowded. I was under the impression that the building had a noise ordinance with fines, but I was unfortunately disturbed by loud singing, likely from another unit on the same floor. There were unpleasant odors in the hallway leading to the room. The door lock also seemed to be malfunctioning slightly, as it was jammed.

This place is senior-friendly. I had my senior parents with me and they had a stress-free stay. The place is exactly the same as posted. The balcony has a great view of the city - conducive for reading books in the morning over a cup of coffee. The host is also friendly, responsive and immediately attended to our needs. Overall experience: Excellent. Worth the price. P.S. For future guests who will be bringing cars, the best time to book here would be weekdays. In our experience, we had difficulty looking for a parking in the condo on a saturday.

Great host, very proactive and responsive. Near 7/11 & Mcdo. Unit is a bit old and some of the kitchenwares like the frying fan is ready to give up hahaha but we were comfortable nonetheless. Price could be cheaper in my opinion.
