If you’re looking for the kind of tranquility that comes when you sit back on a farmhouse porch overlooking acres of open fields, a pond and pastures - this is the place. We stayed for one month in the late fall and found this place to be awesome in all aspects. Everything works fine in the house including laundry, shower, TV and kitchen amenities. Great views of woods and fields from every window. The best part is the absolute peace and quiet of this farmhouse setting. Hosts are excellent.

We had a wonderful stay at Sawmill Cottage! The cottage is so pretty and cozy, and we had everything we needed - even our dog felt at home. Ryan and Adrienne were so welcoming and responsive. The property is beautiful, and we enjoyed strolling around the grounds and saying hello to the farm animals in the morning. We highly recommend Sawmill Cottage, and we would definitely return. This was a wonderful, peaceful and magical stay. House was adorable and better then the pictures! Had everything we would need and even left little treats and bottled water for us. Was great for the dogs to play frisbee! Supplied doggie poop bags so we could keep the yard poop free. Everything was super clean and the beds were oh so cozy and warm. We really hope to come back here it was just wonderful. Oh! Gorgeous deck! We enjoyed our coffee on it each morning! We couldn't have a better place to stay! Hendersonville had great restaurants! Pops diner was great for breakfast! Mezzaluna was dog friendly with great pizza. Also, White duck has excellent tocos and was also dog friendly. Going back to this place after spending time in Asheville was like a dream come true. Thank you!
