great location, quiet residential street that’s a quick (5 min) walk to campus. well-equipped basement apartment. full kitchen, couches including fold out bed, very large main bedroom, good water pressure from the shower. host was communicative, no problems when our arrival was delayed three times… can sometimes hear the folks + roomba upstairs but that did not bother us at all. also the heating and water boiling system is in the basement, meaning it is audible when it kicks on, but i find that to be a comforting white noise. all in all a great experience, would definitely choose again.

The property exceeded our expectations. A real comfort treat for a weekend visit t our daughter in college. A cozy little place close to the campus. Loved it.

The place was clean and as advertised. The check in was super easy. The host was very communicative which is wonderful. It is a basement unit so you do hear the people above. Overall, enjoyed the proximity to the University and to downtown West Lafyette, would stay again.
