This 16 bedroom, 8 bath property can sleep up to 32 guests with plenty of outdoor space to relax and entertain. There are a total of 8 fully equipped apartments on each side of the gated parking lot. Each apartment has its own open concept for dining and living, personal washer/dryer, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a smart TV for your leisure. This beautifully renovated property consists of 2 buildings with 4 apartments in each. Each apartment has its own fully stocked kitchen, open concept living room, a stackable washer dryer combo, 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom with a shower tub combo. There are a total of 4 apartments on the lower level and 4 apartments on the upper level. No doors connect the individual apartments. From our fully gated parking lot, you can enjoy 2 custom built gazebos, fire pits and grills for outdoor entertainment. This space is perfect for family gatherings, reunions, corporate events and more!

Wow where do I start. When we pulled up to the property it was beautiful, The gate entry was everything to us and at this point we felt so secure. It was 32 of us that stayed in the two houses. Parking was everything to us we had enough space to park at least 16 cars and we still had enough room for entertainment, When we arrived inside of the house the entire house was so beautiful all of the rooms were very clean and cool inside .The host was very sweet as well as the maintenance man I definitely rated this house a 5 🌟 house. Thank you to all of the staff you guys rock see you next year! First Family ☝🏼
Best ever
For a large group especially for those groups that have travelers that may have not met before, this place is perfect. Gives privacy and the ability to socialize with the rest of the group. Plenty of room for multiple vehicles securely. If and when my crew comes back to Houston we will definitely consider this place.
