Hereunder the additional costs: 50 euros per stay for 1/2 guests 50 euros per stay for 3/4 guests The required amount for cleaning and linen costs (40€ or 50€) is IN TOTAL (therefore not per person) for the entire duration of the stay. Payment will be requested once, ONLY at check-in (and therefore not every day). WE DO NOT PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING. This brand new apartment is in the heart of Naples, near the National Archaeological Museum, just a few minutes walk from all tourist attractions and all public transport. The apartment has a street entrance (ground floor), built over two levels. Downstairs: a large living room with a comfortable sofa and a large television, a small bathroom and a kitchen equipped with table and chairs. Upstairs there is the sleeping area: two large bedrooms, with two balconies and a bathroom. It is a perfect base for visiting the city, exploring the islands and the surroundings thanks to its proximity to the port and railway station.

Bien situado, cerca del centro, calle tranquila, el apartamento estaba limpio, cumplía con las expectativas.
We had a very comfortable stay in this property. It was very central with many sights nearby and metro station within a short walking distance. The bedrooms are very spacious and comfortable. The living space is slightly small but that didn't bother us as we were out and about most of the days. The only downside is it can be slighltly noisy at nighttime owing to the centrality of the location. Overall we were very happy with our choice in terms of value for money.
Emplacement est plutôt bien, on peut accéder à pied sur des sites à visiter. Logement est assez spacieux avec des lits grandes tailles et confortables, par contre il manque un peu de ustensiles et ils ne proposent pas assez de produits pour se laver. Les deux chambres sont séparés par une porte coulissante, donc idéale pour une famille ou des gens qui se connaissent bien, sinon il manque un peu d'intimité. L'appartement est à côté d'une grande route, donc assez bruyant avec les passages de voitures et des sirènes d'ambulances. L'hôte est réactif et attentif, très bonne communication avec lui.

The flat is centrally located in one of the oldest quarters of Naples, just a few minutes from the National Archaeological Museum. The surrounding area is very lively and represents the authentic spirit of the ancient city. It is a rich and very central area full of shops, restaurants, cafés and much more, just a few steps away from Piazza Dante and a 10-minute walk from Via Toledo, the most central street in the city, which connects the historic centre to Piazza Plebiscito by following the entire street.
