Our vacation home in Conception Bay South offers a spacious and inviting environment for up to 8 guests. The property features 3 comfortable bedrooms, each designed with your relaxation in mind. Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 also includes a king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed with a double-sized bed at the bottom and a single-sized bed on top. The interior is thoughtfully furnished with modern amenities and tasteful decor, creating an ambiance of comfort and style. The open-plan living and dining areas provide ample space for socializing and bonding with your loved ones. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal, perfect for preparing delightful meals and snacks during your stay. Come and experience the best of Conception Bay South in this tranquil coastal retreat! We welcome dogs but unfortunately do not permit cats. This policy is in place due to specific considerations and factors such as allergies, behavior, safety concerns, and property maintenance. We strive to maintain a comfortable and safe environment for all our guests. Shared Areas: 1. The basement apartment is currently occupied by a long-term tenant. 2. The driveway is shared. NOTE: There is a basement unit where a long-term tenant resides. The tenant parks at the back, and reserving that space for their use is crucial. Additionally, the tenants have a dog, but it is always on a leash. When outdoors, they secure the dog to the clothesline. It's important to note that the basement apartment is separate from the upstairs area. Moreover, we need to park so the tenant can pass through the driveway easily.

Clean. Well laid out main floor of a house. Two King size beds. Spare room has a bunk bed and a futon. Nice to have games available. Living room a nice space. Kitchen was excellent. However, this is not the entire property. It is the main floor of the property. There is an occupied apartment down stairs which meant that there was nearly no outdoor area for us to enjoy other then the front yard on a busy road right across the street from Tim Hortons. So quiet would not be the word I would use. I would use “bussling busy location” . Yes its a pet friendly spot. But the downstairs apartment also has a dog. So I felt I wasn't exactly told the truth. Or maybe I didn't ready something in the add.
