This is a very well maintained vintage 1960’s style rambler house. The curved windows at the front, pastel colored tile bathrooms with heaters, and kitchen cabinetry are amazing. There are four bedrooms which each include a desk. The backyard includes a grill, outdoor furniture, and space for you to enjoy. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the neighbors are nice. The house is on a closed loop road so traffic is minimal. There is ample parking in the driveway and on the street out front. There are four bedrooms in total. Two of the bedrooms have their own private, integrated bathrooms and the other two bedrooms share a detached bathroom. All bedrooms have their own desk for study or work. The main master has its own tv and another tv is located in the main living room.

Lots of room, with basically two master bedrooms. Worked really well for our stay in Beaumont.
The house was perfect. plenty of room. Absolutely loveed the place..
Very quiet neighborhood, close to several restaurants like Tia Juanita’s, J Wilson’s and Bruno’s Italian, all recommended. Clean and comfy, we all slept great.
We had a very peaceful month + stay. Felt at home and the 4th bedroom is very privare tucked in back with its own bathroom.

The neighbors are incredibly friendly which also makes the area welcoming and safe. The home is located in the back of a closed loop road so the only people driving by the home are those who live close by.
The neighborhood is very easy to navigate and has low traffic. Parking is incredibly easy as there is a driveway and street parking available. The driveway itself could fit 4 vehicles. If parking on the street is needed, please only park on the side of the street that the home belongs on and only within the length of the home’s lawn.

Hello! While I am not Texas born and raised, I do consider Texas to be the place that raised me. I love binging my current favorite show and spending the weekends hunting for a new food spot. You will usually find me working but I wish I was spending most of my time relaxing with my cats. While the summers are blistering, I love being outdoors during the perfect Texas fall weather.
