This property was not cleaned before we went in. The bed in the spare room was not made, and there were no pillowcases on the bed . The sheets were stained. It was empty milk carton in the kitchen sink. There was food left over in the refrigerator. There was hair in the bathroom. It was not vacuumed. It was not cleaned. A smell from the trash bin in the kitchen was horrible. I was very disappointed that this place was $350 a night New Zealand dollars and there is no way it was worth that if it was clean and tidy it would’ve been around 190 a night we thought for $350. It was going to be immaculate, clean tidy. The milk in the refrigerator had expired, this was a very unacceptable I was brought to tears when I went to bed and found out in the morning. I thought my dad had been sleeping by someone else and not cleaned, but they said it was Just stained sheets which I think is not acceptable for that price. I would’ve thought it would it be immaculate very unhappy, but nothing I could do about the situation.
