A living room with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city high rises. The living room also has a large 58 inches tv with free Netflix access. The three seater sofa is a pull out sofa bed which converts to a Double bed if you have 4 guests. The full kitchen has a 4 burner stove top, oven, microwave, a fridge/freezer and a full size dishwasher. The dining table with 4 chairs completes the homely kitchen setting for enjoying meals indoors. There is a cosy bedroom with a large wardrobe and a queen bed laid with hotel grade linen. The main bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. While the half bathroom/ Laundry has a toilet, sink, washing machine and a dryer.

This was an amazing stay! Perfectly located, clean and an amazing view!
We loved our stay at Shani’s. The apartment was perfect! It had an amazing view and the location for getting around Melbourne was excellent with trams and trains right on the doorstep. The pool and spa were excellent after a day of walking the city. Shani was very easy to deal with and all the detailed instructions made checking in and out very easy!! We would definitely stay again!
The apartment is spacious and beautiful. Given it is on the 48th floor there's a fantastic view and it is surprisingly quiet. Having access to the spa and pool was excellent. The tram stop on Collins street is just outside the building so very convenient for example, heading out to St Kilda or to the other side of the city.

A wonderful apartment in a very convenient location. Easy access to trains, buses and trams. Shani is a very good and proactive host. The apartment was very clean and tidy with a number of provisions kindly provided. The apartment is highly recommended.

Close to Southern Cross station with the Collins st free tram stop on your door step you can get around melbourne city and further afield easily. Walking distance to Crown complex, Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Docklands, South Melbourne and Marvel stadium
Free city trams available right in front. Close to Southern cross station to take a train around Melbourne outer suburbs. Skybus station to take you to the Melbourne airport located only 5 minute walk at the Southern Cross station.
There is also a Flexi car share service across from the apartment where they charge an hourly rate for car hire
24 hours parking is available at 558 little Bourke street for $35 (First Parking). This is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. This allows multiple entry and exit. There is a 20% voucher available when you sign up.
