While there is only A/C in the main bedroom we provide ceiling fans to keep you comfortable during your stay. Perfect for families or friends, this inviting space allows you to explore Valencia without breaking the bank. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with NO elevator. The flat has been recently renovated and it is cozy and fully furnished to make your stay very confortable. The apartment is divided in: - Living room with sofa with dining table and tv. Please note this area does NOT have A/C or heating. There is also a small balcony. - A equipped kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, toaster, French presser, blender, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. - Laundry room/balcony with washing machine - Small but renovated bathroom - First bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and ceiling fan. - Second and main bedroom with a queen bed (150 cm ) with A/C- heating splitter and a wardrobe. - Third bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) and ceiling fan. Please note that in order to go to this bedroom you have to pass through the main bedroom. Guest have access to the whole property. Please note the A/C heating is ONLY located in the main bedroom.
