The house was amazing and I loved the front porch! the beds were super comfy, walkable to everything a person could want to do! AC was top notch, washer and dryer was a huge plus! All new appliances and was wonderful to cook meals in or be a 5 min walk to so many options. Starbucks is right around the corner and a 15 min walk takes you to the Potomac! We had a great stay at Katherine’s place. She was always responsive and the directions were clear. Easy to check in and easy to check out. The place was clean and spacious. It was close to the metro and easy to get into the city. We would stay here again if we visited the area.
Paynes house is absolutely adorable!!. The neighborhood is peaceful and was the perfect location with some friends with a baby. Starbucks literally down the block. King Street about 5 blocks away on foot. Katherine was a super responsive host. Provided shampoo, bodywash, coffee and tea such a personal touch.Will definitely return when in the area.
This is a great house in Old Town Alexandria. It's a about a 5 minute walk from the Braddock Road station on the Yellow line and walk-able to multiple restaurants, coffee shops and a Trader Joe's. The house was clean and exactly as it appeared in the photos. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay in the Alexandria area.
We loved our stay at The Payne House!! the house was lovely - tidy, clean and just as pictured/described! When we needed assistance from Katherine, she was very quickly responsive and helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a wonderful and smooth stay! Would 100% stay again!
