I stayed at Bequest some time last year for the first time. I had some business in Ocho Rios this weekend and made a reservation at Bequest because it was so enjoyable last time. This review will align with my first review. Bequest is very clean, comfortable and the host is very responsive, accommodating, friendly and communicates clearly. I got to explore the community a bit this time and realised that the various amenities (pool, playground, etc.) are close by (walking distance) but you may wish to drive if you're not a walker. I am considering making Bequest my "go to" whenever I wish to stay in St. Ann.

This is hands down the best airbnb I’ve ever been too the house is extremely clean and modern the community is also quiet and peaceful and very safe due to security at the gate checking everyone’s Id to make sure you belong there. The pool and community center with fitness center is also a great highlight to this community and last but not least Mario has to be one of the best host on this app he is very helpful, understanding and always one phone call away. He goes above and beyond to make sure that his guest are ok and comfortable

Our stay at Bequest Haven was incredible. The place was just as pictured. Very pristine, clean. All modern, detailed furnishing. The place was equipped with everything we needed for our weekend away from home. The location is very quiet , peaceful and being in a gated community added some peace of mind. The directions to the house and instructions to get inside were very clear. I did mention in my message to our host Mario that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and to my surprise upon entering the house there was a bottle of wine and an anniversary card there for us. That was so thoughtful of Mario ! I truly appreciated that! I’d definitely stay here again !

My husband, me and our 2 kids (ages 8 & 9) booked Bequest Haven for March Break 2024 for 7 days. Staying here was the best decision. The neighbourhood is so quiet and peaceful. We loved that it was a gated community with security 24/7. Mario was very engaged, extremely responsive and always a phone call away. The unit was exactly as pictured. We gained access to the unit via a lockbox. He also had cameras on the property so that made us feel so safe. Ample room for a family of four. Wifi strong and reliable, Netflix, AC, hot showers. Everything about this unit was perfect. We also spent everyday by the complex pool which was a convenient 10min walk from the unit. I also loved that the unit was close to Dunn’s River, Margaritaville, Mystic Mountain, White River Rafting, and Mahogany Beach. Planning our itinerary was seamless. I highly highly recommend Bequest Haven. Mario is a fantastic host and his unit is pristine. I would stay here again without a doubt.

This place was amazing just as shown on the pictures. Clean, cozy and very very comfortable. Mario the host was outstanding he was very attentive, respectful and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Jamaica. Thank you again Mario you received 5 stars in my book.
