We are offering our 1,5 story home while we are away with all necessary amenities and spacious rooms. You will have your own private pool, sauna/relax, a large garden/lawn, two outdoor patios and lots of activities for kids including a large trampoline and swings on the property. There is also a park next door with a playground.

Child friendly and calm suburb with close access to great running tracks and MTB tracks. 3,5 km to the ocean and 2 km to lake with beach access. In winter, there is possibility to cross country ski on the running tracks. 6 min walk to commuter train with frequent departures that only takes 12-14 min to Stockholm city.
Parking by house and playground across the street, easy to walk to small centre with grocery store and a few restaurants. Almost anything within 5-10 min drive (shopping mall, utilities etc)
