This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Located only 10 min from TIAA Stadium And only 17 min from JAX international airport This is the perfect place to spend a vacation decked out with two queen beds a 43” and a 50” flat screen TV , pool table, and washer and dryer with party lights for when it gets dark you’ll definitely want to come back This is a very spacious 3/2 house that has been turned into a 2/2 with the master bed room being turned into a den that is called the “red room” we also have a 8ft pool table as soon as you enter and LED lights that embroider the lining of the floor this place is very spacious for party’s up to 6 if they bring alternative sleeping arrangements or sleep on the couch in the redroom

my bestfriend & i stayed here for two nights so that we could go to the beach. place is more spacious than it looks in pictures, we thought there was only one bathroom turned out to be a 2bd2bth which accommodated both of our privacy . the Led lights were a great touch but for the price it was perfect and in our budget. we were local to a couple of places we wanted to visit from tiktok. and the door was a little confusing to lock you have to pull it up a lil for it to fully lock i guess. host was very responsive less than 15 minutes to reply to us. he checked in frequently to make sure everything was going good and that’s it great stay for great pricing & about 35 minutes to the beach.
A little dirty in some places, and one of the TVs was a little broken (still worked tho 👍), but otherwise great stay! Friendly host, plenty of space, and a pool table!
