Fabulous panoramic 180 degree view. Unique contemporary architectural design for a hill side setting. Very spacious living area. Listing should note that there’s no hot water at the kitchen sink. Kitchen was not as clean as expected when we arrived, nor the floor. Other than that all positive.

Neighborhood is located on a safe secluded street. Great for walks and enjoy the surrounding nature.
Parking at the property is best as there’s not a lot of areas to park on the street.
