New 1 bed annex flat located in a peaceful place where you can spend a nice time before or after your journey. We provide smart TV (Netflix), free superfast Wi-Fi, new little kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Check-in: self check in with the lockbox located on the right side of the wall once you enter the side gate. We provide a double bed, kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. A modern bathroom. Every day we provide proper cleaning and disinfection according with the Airbnb cleaning protocol. FREE PARKING - on request (please let me know before you arrive if you need parking space)

Perfect homey place and spacious. 10 min walk to the shops, perfect!
This place is exactly as described and shown in the photos. It was super clean and despite being small, it did not feel claustrophobic at all. It had everything that we needed for our short stay. Cristina provided very clear check-in instructions and parking on the driveway was a great bonus although off street parking was also available.

We are situated 10 min walk from Town Center where you can find cafés, restaurant, shops. Horley Train Station is 7-10 min walking distance if you would like to travel to London or any other place.
