A paradise in the middle of the Patagonia. It is clear that Francisca and her husband have built their dream retreat house. In this property you can see the love that they have placed in every detail everywhere. The outdoor kitchen (quincho) is perfect for cooking and entertain while enjoying the view of the lake and mountains. You can cook your favorite meat on a grill, a disk or on a cross with open fire. Nearby you have the hot tub with another great view. You can make the hot tub so hot that you can run into the lake and cool of and come back (we did several times - amazing). Then you have a little treat with three tents that can be arranged with beds for a romantic night under the stars while listening to the sounds of nature (we had a few that did this too...). Outdoor activities. Reading, fishing, using kayaks, canoes, cooking, exploring the surroundings. the outdoor setting is incredible, every plant around the house has been strategically planted. Unfortunately for us the Hydrangeas had not bloomed yet, but you could admire how healthy they were. Now on the main house. Main common area is in the first floor. It has an ample table that can accommodate up to 12 people, and a few steps lower an ample living room with a chimney that works with wood. Ample sofas and LOTS of windows to enjoy the views. The place has also multiple board games to play during the day and nights. Downstairs has also 1 bedroom. In the second floor we find the master bedroom. It is beautifully romantic. It has its own chimney and incredible views. Beds and bedsheets amazing (clean and high quality comforters)! (we are very picky on this). One last comment on the housekeepers. Monica and Victor are superb, very proactive but not intrusive. They represent Customer service at its purest and finest. With Victor we did several fishing excursions on the boat. I recommend that you arrange with Francisca for Monica to help with the keep up of the house. She will make you enjoy the property so much more (we were a big group so lots of work to have always everything clean). My final comment – This can be the ideal romantic retreat, the ideal family/group escape or a mix of both. One thing is for sure, you will fall in love with the place and the Patagonia if you stay a few days in this place. Thank you Francisca, Best regards, Lutz
