Clean spacious bedroom in Fayetteville near the NWA mall. House is three miles to food, mall and entertainment. Walking/bike trails in neighborhood, easily accessible. Open floor plan, very clean, with wood/tile floors in every room. Galley kitchen with double sided refrigerator, ice maker and filtered water, coffee, microwave, gas range. A sitting area on the front porch. Smoking is ok OUTSIDE only. My home is a safe space for all folks. Everyone welcome. Nice master bedroom with lots of space, attached bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub. Lots of space for clothes and luggage in attached closet.

I had the use of a huge master bedroom suite while I stayed at her home. I had everything I needed including snacks on the kitchen counter. Everything was immaculate.

Quiet family-oriented neighborhood. Lots of people walking their dogs and kids playing in their yards. Very safe.
Guest will need their own transportation. Bike trail is located in neighborhood that accesses 250 miles of trails in Northwest Arkansas.
