Brand new everything, while still maintaining the character of this historic building. Large deck that overlooks the Parlor City Plaza. Steps from the Parlor City Brewing Company, Toppings ice cream, and other downtown food and fun. Blocks from Bluffton Regional Medical Center and the River Greenway Trail system. Would be great for families, business people or traveling nurses.

Very nice place Great for extended stays
It was a fun time with sisters. It was up on 2nd floor so maybe a little difficult for older people to climb stairs. All in all it was great! Close to everything we needed.
I've been staying at AirBnB locations for the last 5 or 6 years. This was one of the best for my family and I. John and Renelle were more than accommodating to us. We really felt like we were house guests. If we ever have a need to be in Bluffton again, we'll surely stay here again.
It was very nice and good location.
This loft apartment was absolutely beautiful! Everything looks brand new and it was stocked with everything you could think of. Renelle responded to any questions quickly and even left home-made cookies for us on arrival. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!
