We enjoyed staying here so much! Mitzy was so responsive and such a great help for finding some good places to eat locally. We felt so at home. She was willing to work with us for a flexible check-in as best as she could, and we really appreciated that!

Was a great place for most of the wedding party to stay when traveling in town for my best friend's wedding. It was clean, comfortable, and easy to check in.

Checkin was easy, with clear instructions and simple to use keypads for self check in. The property was exactly as the photos. It was clean and smelled great. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location itself is within walking distance of several shops and restaurants and a short drive from the beach and main A1A area. The neighbourhood was quiet and seems to consist of families and older couples from what we saw. We didn’t need to contact the host for any help as we had everything we needed but she came right back to me when I dropped her a note to let her know we planned to leave a day early and seemed very friendly and helpful in all correspondences. We would happily stay again and had a lovely time here.

We really enjoyed staying at Mitzabel’s house. Everything was great, the house was spotless, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The highlight for us was the beautiful yard with huge live oak trees! There’s a nice patio area for grilling and a couple of swings from the trees in the backyard. There’s even a gate to the backyard for extra parking which we also used. The house is 5 minutes from all the fun of downtown Fernandina Beach, as well as golf, fishing at the George Crady Bridge, Amelia Island State Park, American Beach and Boneyard Beach. The beaches on Amelia Island are pristine and very peaceful natural areas compared to the “party beaches” that Florida is famous for. With family close by in Jacksonville, we are hoping to return for Spring Break again next year..and we’d be thrilled to return to Mitzabel’s home!
