Within this rental, everything listed above is private to you. You will potentially share the common area kitchen and stackable washer and dryer with other guests who may book the bedroom and bathroom across the hall. Only you will have access to your bedroom and bathroom. The front half of the house is our rental also. There may be other guests renting the front half of the house. The front half of the property is totally blocked off from your rental. However, due to the close proximity of the rentals in the front of the house and the bedroom across the hall from yours, we do have a few "House Rules". They are: 1. PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF YOUR NOISE LEVELS, AS THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS RENTING THE UNIT(S) ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HALLWAY DOOR. 2.
