This unit is part of a larger, professionally managed organization. The unit is super clean and comfortable but lacks the lived-in coziness of a proper bnb. For locals, this is an average building on an average street, no issues, but for someone traveling, especially someone concerned for the idea of their safety in dark areas, poor lighting in the parking area and the paper thin walls where guests noise travels unrestricted, the space induces unnecessary anxiety for travelers already exhausted from the road. Host was responsive and understanding of my lack of sleep for two nights in a row, but guests need to know its a sub-par building for a comfortable night of quiet sleep.

The inside of this place was great! It’s pretty small but has all you need including an actual stove (kind of rare in these small units). The bed was so comfortable! I will say it has very thin walls but it was never a big deal to me. Sean was a great host. He was willing to come look at a lamp that wasn’t working although it wasn’t a big deal. He also responded almost immediately about a parking question I had. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest so I was hesitant to be outside at night. The parking lot is not evenly paved and it’s hard to get in and out when the lot is getting full. Otherwise no complaints!
