Welcome to The Little Park located in Farmington, New Mexico! Perfectly situated in the heart of the Four Corners region, our tiny house offers a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring all that the area has to offer. Vista Retreat is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a unique and affordable alternative to traditional accommodations. The space includes a queen-size bed, a kitchenette, a cozy sitting area, and a private bathroom with a shower. The tiny house is situated on our beautiful, secure property. Guests will have access to a private entrance and parking, as well as a small patio area perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening sunset 🌄. The optimal amount of guests is 1-2 people, however, there is enough bedding for 3 people with the foldout floor mattress in the loft. Quiet and comfy little spot even as a tall dude I didn’t feel cramped.
This was my first tiny home visit, and I was very pleased. The home is super clean. Filled with amenities and thoughtful details. Especially loved sitting out on the front porch and enjoying the weather. Autumn, the host was very responsive to questions. This was a terrific AirbNb experience for me.
The tiny house was super cute and had everything we needed. We were able to cook and do dishes. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The loft bedroom was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Great location! The host answered quickly and efficiently. We will for sure stay here again!
What a beautiful tiny little cabin! Was just perfect for what I needed!!! The neighbors dog barked some and Saturday night there was some noise from trucks revving up, but it didn’t bother me. Autumn is very responsive when you need something. I will definitely stay there again!
Second stay here so you know it’s definitely incredible! Autumn was so welcoming and left me a little welcome note for my arrival. Autumn’s tiny home is beautiful and she is quick to respond if anything is needed. Her home was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Will definitely be booking her tiny homes again in the future! Definitely top tier when it comes to Airbnb’s in Farmington!

The neighborhood is behind McGee Park & Fairgrounds in Farmington NM. Depending on the side of the street you focus on you will see immaculate homes & lawn with maybe a goat in the yard or a chicken in the street, or homes in more disrepair. The tiny home itself is tucked down a long driveway behind a residential home. The neighbors are very pleasant.
You will need a car to get around. There is room to park one car at the tiny home.
