Beautiful typical longère cottage in the heart of Normandy with a cozy fireplace and big garden. This cottage is perfect for family holidays, a couple's stay or remote working. Although in the countryside, you have all needed services 4-7min by car (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, big supermarket). Great activities and attractions to visit in the region: castles, animals, cheese farms, hiking paths, sea side, Cerza Zoo, antic markets etc. There is high speed internet. Ground floor: -Big and well equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, raclette machine) - Downstairs toilet - Living room with a fire place stove – we offer you a pack of wood at arrival. - Dining room with a table for 6-8 people - Parental bedroom with 160cm bed Second Floor: - Bedroom with 140cm bed - Bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds - Play room for work, arts and crafts, books, games, lounge area ( This room can also be an extra bedroom up on request ). This room is a through room to the full bathroom - Full bathroom with a big bathtub, toilet and sink Garden: - 3000m2 of peaceful garden with a view on the fields - Sunchairs, toys and games are available - Grill and outside table - Little breakfast corner under the maple tree

Une ancienne longère restaurée avec goût, entre tradition et modernité. La maison est très bien équipée, avec même tout ce qu’il faut lorsqu’on voyage avec un bébé (lit parapluie, chaise haute, baignoire, vaisselle!) et située au calme, au milieu d’un grand jardin, avec plusieurs balades à proximité. Loïc et Inka ont été extrêmement accueillants, et très réactifs. Vu le temps, on a profité de la cheminée, mais moyennement du jardin, on reviendra !

Lisieux 12 minutes by car.
Train station coming from Paris. Famous Saint Terese Basilique, all the services and a beautiful big local market on Saturday morning. There is also a hospital and emergency room
Activities:
We are lucky to have several beautiful hiking spots just next to the house.
The closest is just behind the property, a 4 km path passing between the fields where you can peacefully walk without car around you. You will find all the other good spots in the house guide.
The beach is 50 minutes by car. You can enjoy a lovely daytrip to Cabourg, Deauville or Honfleur for example. Then road to the coast is called Route de Cidre. A beautiful ride between the apple fields!
We have several horse riding schools, football, basketball and tennis courts close by.
The fruit field next to the property is habited by 4 young cows during summer season. They are curious and friendly so a little head scratch is welcome..They move between couple of fields to let the grass grow, so they might not always be present. Other animals like horses can be found at a 3 min walk from the property.
