We recently stayed at Matt’s Airbnb as a family vacation. The communication and check-in process were smooth, and the location was perfect for our needs (being close enough to a town and snow areas. However, we encountered some challenges at check out, particularly with taking out towels and bed lines, putting items back in their places, or bringing out trash. As guests, we would have expected these responsibilities being managed by the host or a cleaning service. Despite these challenges, we appreciated the host responsiveness, the overall ambiance of the space, the cleanliness. The house is beautiful with a lot of charm and in a nice quiet place with a nice outdoor space. The host left also an extremely helpful book with all the information needed in the house. I believe with some improvements, Matt’s place could offer a more comfortable experience for future guest. It is definitely a lovely house in a great location!
