It is a 4-room shared flat with one kitchen, one full bathroom, and another half bathroom. The flat is located on the first floor, which means you only need to climb one flight of stairs. I am a dedicated host and my priority is to provide a peaceful home for both my guests and myself. Your room is located 150 meters away from the iconic bull statue in Kadıköy Center and 250 meters away from Kadikoy Bazaar. Some other common consumables (coffee, tea, soaps, shampoo, etc.) may also be provided but I do not guarantee continuous compliments because I also may be away from time to time. --CLEANING-- >Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided weekly for stays longer than 8 days. >You can ask for a room cleaning service during your stay for 10$.
