We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy cottage! My family and I had everything we needed, and the fact that it's dog friendly with a fenced yard made it even better. It was definitely worth every penny, and we're already looking forward to coming back for more wonderful memories. Cia was accommodating and quick to respond to our last-minute plans and made check-in super easy. Thanks again – we hope to visit again soon!

Very comfortable home! We loved that we got to see hot air balloons, beautiful nature and very close to everything! We slept perfectly 🫶🏼

Beautiful home with a great location. Was an amazing place to stay with our dogs. Was close to downtown Pagosa and there were a lot of trails nearby to take the dogs hiking. Would stay again for sure.
