We stayed in this room just one night until our ocean view room was available. This was a corner room and the location was not bad at all for a partial oven view. The room was a studio and perfect for one or two people. I lost an earring while staying here and Coconut Resort employee found it and mailed it to me and I was so happy. Great location and very clean.

This stay is on a gorgeous resort with a pool, hot tub, and private beach near the Southernmost Point. There's also free parking, which was perfect since we rented a car and drove through the Keys. The room itself was basic, but had all the necessary amenities-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, comfy bed. This location is perfect if you're looking for a peaceful place to lay your head after a busy day, or if you're looking to relax by the ocean. It's not super close to the party scene of Duval street. Everyone we met at the resort was very friendly and at check-in we got several delicious restaurant recommendations. I would definitely recommend Per's place!

Highly recommend staying in this spot! The location is amazing, it has its own private pool and little beach area with a beachside bar right next door. You can see the ocean from the room and is in walking distance to Duval street. Be aware that the unit is a split of a bigger unit only separated by a door and deadbolt so you can hear the neighbors pretty clearly. But it was not an issue for us and we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

A good value in a beautiful place; I would say it exceeded my expectations. Very convenient to the beach or to destinations in town. Very comfortable.
