Really easy to work with, infrastructuons were easy, the stay was peaceful and the place was soooo clean and homely. I would live there for sure! They personalised my stay which was super refreshing and calming.
We loved staying with Audrey and Willem for the eras tour weekend! They were kind enough to make us friendship bracelets for the tour as well. Check in was super simple and easy to follow the video given. Everything was in walkable distance or if it was a bit further away the tram station was close by! Overall an awesome stay!!
Recently stayed at an Airbnb in Collingwood and honestly, it was quite nice. The apartment was clean, spacious, and getting in was straightforward with a car. Thanks to Audrey, the “host” who was always responsive and there when we needed her. Ran into a couple of tiny issues, though. We were missing some basics like extra toilet paper and there was no laundry detergent even though they had a washer. So we had to buy a litre of the stuff to do 2 washes! Also, the aircon broke down and we spent a day dealing with that, but Audrey was quick to help and overall we were very happy with how they made up for this. The place was comfy, but it’s the little things that make a big difference. Just a few tweaks on stocking up on the essentials, and it would be perfect. Overall, a good spot with room for improvement. Thank you.
Awesome place to stay
Perfectly located for a variety of awesome inner east suburbs, small walks for really good coffee and unbelievably easy access to public transport. A much bigger apartment than we expected and lovely little touches like having coffee in the cupboard and milk in the fridge were just so helpful. My only small critique would be - if you're not used to traffic noise and light, sleeping in is a bit of a mish. Not the owners fault at all, just that wild hoddle/victoria intersection. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Head straight to Burnside, a chic, cornerside cafe on Smith and Gertrude Street, where you’ll find some of Melbourne’s best coffee and delicious gourmet ‘sangas’ (sandwiches) too. By night, venture a further five minutes down from Burnside to find the Builders Arms Hotel. This laid-back, timeless establishment offers a fresh take on local cuisine, complemented by an extensive and diverse selection of wines.And if you’re staying over the winter period, heading to the MCG to catch a game of AFL is an absolute must. It’s an easy 20-minute walk from the apartment and will be an experience you’ll never forget.
Parking: There is one free parking garage spot available on the premises.
Airport: It takes 30 minutes by car or 1 hour and 15 minutes by public transport to reach the airport.
Public Transport: The nearest tram stop is just 2-minute walk away.
