Welcome to Villa Elin, a new holiday haven near Labin, 10 km from beautiful beaches. A spacious 2000 sqm garden, fully fenced, surrounds the villa. Here, you'll find a private pool, surrounded by Mediterranean plants and vineyards, offering a serene oasis for relaxation. The built grill, sunbeds and parasols and a children's playground promise a truly relaxing holiday. Our modern, newly decorated interior is air-conditioned and fully equipped. Enjoy the picturesque views of the pool, garden, and vineyard through wide glass doors. Two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and one bedroom has two single beds. Villa Elin caters to families and friends alike. With 2 modern bathrooms a comfortable stay is ensured.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber. Der Pool und das gesamte Grundstück sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub.

Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist komplett neu gebaut. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Auch für gute Restaurant- und Strandempfehlungen!
Fantastic villa in beautiful surroundings, private yet very close to the town of Labin and beaches of Rabac. Magdalena and her family greeted us to check in and check out. Very friendly and professional, would highly recommend this property to anyone, absolutely wonderful and we were very sad to leave!
