Christine and family were excellent hosts. The shepherds hut was spotless and the extra touches that were left were really appreciated. Had a lovely night sat out with the fire pit. Can’t recommend highly enough and wild definitely stay again.

beautiful hut, location was great. very peaceful just birds and horses in the fields. lovely own garden with seating area. would definitely stay again. definitely value for price charged. thank you for an enjoyable stay Elaine

We have just returned from a nights stay at the beautiful shepherds hut. Christine met us as we arrived and showed us around and was made to feel at ease and at home! The hut itself was very very clean and the bathroom was equipped with products should we have needed it ! We walked the 20 min walk into the town to eat and drink and decided to get a cab back which only cost £6. lit the fire pit and listened to music was so peaceful! The extras were fab and my husband even had more beers given to him by Christine which was very kind! the bed was so comfortable and waking up looking over the friend opposite to see the beautiful horses was lovely:) thanks so much we will definitely be returning again! x

Had a lovely relaxing stay here with my partner. We were desperate for a night away in the countryside and this is exactly what we got. Beautiful surroundings and we felt right at home. Christine was a very attentive host and left loads of personal little touches. The only issue we had is we found quite a few ants in the hut, but this can’t be helped with the weather warming up. Despite this we had a fantastic time and loved sitting outside under the stars with the fire pit. Would definitely recommend.

This little Gem of a place is peaceful and tranquil. The photos don’t do it justice as it is wonderfully beautiful in person. The outside space was equally as nice as the inside. Everything has been thought through and Christine was a fabulous host. Nothing was too much bother and I cannot wait to go back.
