Welcome to The Regal at Penarth by M-GroupSA. This beautiful period property set walking distance to the centre of Penarth Town and Penarth Seafront has enough space for the whole family. The 4 floor house has plenty of space for a family gathering or group getting together to catch up. Only a short walk to the quaint little town and a few minutes to the wonderful Victorian Penarth Pier you really can just relax and enjoy, even if you are here for work or leisure. The house has 4 generous sized double bedrooms and two of these have en-suite shower rooms, there is one single room with a pull out day bed under it so perfect for children. There is one family bathroom on the 1st floor (along with the two en-suites) aswell as a toilet room downstairs. The large living room is perfect for getting together and the large kitchen is the heart of the home.

it's a spacious house in a nice area. the back bedroom suffers from damp in some places and there is a musty smell in the kitchen. it's not pervasive but noticeable. the WiFi could do with an upgrade as it can glitch. Penarth is lovely, the beach and pier are great. we took a trip to Gower and it was spectacular. Barry Island is also a fun thing to do with the kids
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Cardiff pour le match des 6 nations. Emplacement pratique et sympa, grande maison. Les points faibles : - difficile de cuisiner car ustensiles usagées ou pas pratiques (poêles usées). Il n'y a que 6 chaises pour une maison accueillant 10 personnes. - il y a une chambre avec deux lits gigognes (difficile d'y dormir pour des grands adultes) - une chambre dans laquelle il n'y a pas de rideaux ni volets. nous avons été obligé d'accrocher un plaid à la fenêtre - porte de la douche de la salle de bain du milieu dégondee. - maison assez humide Heureusement que nous avons eu un prix sur la location car sinon très cher pour la qualité.
The property was decorated lovely and it had all of the items you need. Kitchen tools were well stocked, they could have done with some more normal glasses for water and soft drinks as lots of occasion glasses. The beds were on the smaller side but mostly comfortable from feedback from people. The number of bathrooms and showers was a real help for 10 women staying and getting ready. My only criticisms are that we had 10 adults staying, and they hadn't left any towels or a pillow for the pull out bed in the single bedroom. The bedding for this also wasn't made up. Luckily the guest using this bed hadn't left home when we first got there and so was able to bring their own pillow and towels. The front door was also difficult to open, it gets stuck on the floor, so have to struggle to open and close it. The table in the kitchen, as lovely as it was, is a bit impractical as you can't get into the fridge easily. Overall though a lovely stay for a large group, would stay here again!
The house was spacious and clean. Perfect for a weekend away wirh friends. Described as having parking but only road parking available. Located in a lovely area within walking distance of bars and restaurants
