Rustic chalet style home on horse farm/35+ farm animals.30 acres,900sq ft entire home, loft bedroom with big windows, you can experience nature all around. Please note this is on a real working farm and an opportunity to submersed in rural life.We do have a well&water sulfuric at times. Because of the well(hard)water faucets have water spots. The home was built in 1980s.Please be sure you are ok with all the details given here. The stay for an a cozy unique home on a farm but it is a farm! 900 sq feet entire home built in 1986
Private home, that felt safe and secure with a pretty pasture and animals to see and touch nearby. The downstairs living room and kitchen were nice and kept up. The upstairs loft bedroom was dusty, and the floor was very dirty. No trashcan in the bathroom either. The home had low water pressure which was hard to take a bath. The bathtub had a showerhead but no walls around it, so you have to sit in the bathtub. Plus the water sinks like rotten eggs. The large windows don't have window coverings unfortunately, so you will be woken up by full sunlight. If you plan on cooking during your stay, there isn't much cookware, so it made it hard for me to cook breakfast. If you look for a rustic stay, this is it. But maybe skip a bath since it smells horrific.
Tiffany’s place was a great quiet farm getaway. She was sweet and responds fast to messages. Will rebook again!
My stay was truly enjoyable. Waking up to the sight of horses right outside my window was a delightful experience that never ceased to excite me. Despite its seemingly remote location, the property is conveniently situated just about a ten-minute drive from downtown Knoxville, which I found very appealing. Regrettably, my schedule was packed with events, so I missed the opportunity to explore the property more or sign up for a trail ride. Tiffany had mentioned that the well water might have a slight sulfur scent, but her tip about running the hot water for a short while mitigated this issue. Tiffany was consistently courteous and responsive as a host. I was very satisfied with my stay and all my interactions with her!
Wonderful neighborhood but rural farm life no neighbors close. Host home is close by 100 feet away but still very private

I am a single mother of 3,I teach horseback riding lessons, camps, and run a beautiful farm.Born in Tennessee in the shadow of the Great Smoky Mountains, and I still reside here. I enjoy spending time with my sons, the lake, beach and with all of my animals. I have 5 dogs, a orphaned bull, 10+ horses, twin pygmy goats,2 geese, 5ducks, a Ram, a donkey, 3 chickens and a pony. Guests who stay get the opportunity to meet the animals and enjoy all the farm has to offer. I decided to do Airbnb to help with the expenses of feeding the animals and keeping up the farm. Guests can horses back ride (additional fee) visit animals or just relax on one of the areas oldest settled farms. Hike the old wagon road on the property or sit on the banks of Swan Pond Creek. This farm is owned by only 2 other families since 1796, the first being the prominent Ramsay Family. ( before that it was sacred Cherokee hunting grounds)
