Welcoming room in our brand new 4 bedroom family home. There are 2 bathrooms, one is our private bathroom and the other is for guest use (shared if our other guest room is booked). The bathroom is next door to our 2 guest rooms. Convenient for access to the Remarkables ski field. Easy 9 min drive to Queenstown Airport and shopping/restaurants in Frankton. Free trickle charging for EVs. Comfortable queen bed and TV. We have 2 cute cats that sleep in their baskets in the living room. We're in a stunning location at the base of the Remarkables Mountain range/ski resort. Our house is brand new, warm, and also has acoustic insulation unlike many others in the neighbourhood.
