Welcome to Summer Cottage - a luxurious English Country home set in 3/4 of an acre of peaceful grounds, with private driveway and large gardens, complete with cold plunge pool and a Grade II listed wall. Inside, you'll find a sweet cottage kitchen with a breakfast bar. Eat your meals in the huge dining room, and relax in the luxurious period style living room with full fireplace and view of the gardens. Sleep on high-end memory foam mattresses in the three beautifully designed double bedrooms. Bedrooms: The huge master has an ensuite and superking bed with a very comfortable Emma memory foam mattress and views over the front grounds of the house. With ultra soft carpet it features a grownup sleep-promoting design with neutral earth and black tones. The second double bedroom has a four poster kingsize bed with memory foam mattress and pillows. It's neutral and earthy feel is light and there's lots of room to relax. The third bedroom is cosy and cocooning, painted all dark green for a luxurious feel, with a double memory foam mattress and velvet headboard. The hallway is grand and welcoming, with gorgeous luxurious features, a huge chandelier and a spot to read and relax. The kitchen has a cosy cottage feel, with white, gold and wood accents. There's a kitchen bar for two, a fully equipped kitchen and cooking facilities - it's a perfect place to make a dinner or have a coffee overlooking the garden. The dining room is a huge formal dining room with period features and dining table to seat six people. The living room is a large and luxurious room with a modern designer chandelier and original Edwardian fireplace and parquet flooring. With two huge sofas to seat seven, and two more armchair/daybeds, there will be more than enough room for you to relax and chat while you look out over the gardens or watch a film on the large TV. The gardens are huge, private and peaceful and rarely found so close to London. This really is a gem of a property. With two alfresco seating/eating areas and deckchairs for the lawn, a swinging egg chair and sunlounger there's plenty of spots to relax in, and if you are so inclined, we welcome you to take a dip in the cold plunge tub for an invigorating boost of wellbeing! Please note, the house sleeps six people in three bedrooms. We can supply a double height airbed in the dining room for an extra two guests for £30 a night per person. We can also provide a travel cot for babies free of charge - you will need to bring your own sheets. Up to two dogs are welcome but we kindly ask they do not get on the furniture or beds.
