I really, really liked this place. Everything you need (grocery store, pharmacy, cafes) is a 1-2 minute walk. The location is not in the touristy part of the city, but you can easily walk to it in 8-10 minutes. I enjoyed feeling like I was part of a neighborhood, with a school just across the street. The description and photos matched exactly. My impression is that the apartment is very new or has been recently renovated. The appliances, bathrooms, beds, kitchen--it all felt very new. Some reviewers have mentioned the noise and I will say that Valencia can be a noisy city--I experienced fireworks, a parade, a marching band, and a random person with a loudspeaker. No amount of insulation will block out these noises. Admittedly, the street-level location does allow noise into the place, but that never interfered with my sleeping. The hosts were extremely responsive. I managed to lock myself out (totally my fault) and I was back inside in less than two hours.

We had a great stay here and were surprised at how close it was to the old town, I’d say it’s a 10-15 minute walk. It got very noisy at night though, so be aware. Whether it’s people talking and screaming or playing some type of basketball in the street at 12am, you’ll hear it. It is on the first floor so getting our luggage in and out was a breeze. We utilized Ubers and bolts, so they dropped us off right outside the door which was nice. Overall, it was a great spot for our group and we appreciated the smart tv and Netflix after our long days enjoying the area!

We are retired seniors and stayed here in Valencia for 5 days. It's on the "quiet side" of Turia Gardens which is a huge park in Valencia. The "action" is on the other side of the park. As described, it's quiet because of its location and a short walk to the other side where the central market and other landmarks are located. Bed was comfy, the kitchen had all the amenities and the washer dryer was a definite plus as doing laundry is part of a long trip. Although the apartment is on the first floor and people hang out nearby during the day, it's absolutely quiet in the evening during sleep hours. Saba permitted an early check-in as our train arrived prior to regular check-in time. What would sum up the stay is once we arrived, we never had to contact Saba except for how to check out 1 day before our departure. It was a very enjoyable stay..

Location is fairly close to the city center (10min or so). Can be fairly noisy with the street noise.
