Great experience!
We had an absolutely outstanding stay! Comfortable apartment with great facilities and peaceful surrounding. Very clean, well equipped and bright and airy. Catarina was incredible. Extremely helpful and friendly making sure the stay was perfect! We absolutely recommend Pine Hills! We hope to visit again in the future.
The Ideal Homes representatives were very proactive and very responsive; even on their day off! Catarina was a perfect host and met us with a lovely bottle of wine and some beautiful flowers upon our arrival. All of our questions were answered promptly and they did everything they could to help us. The approval for the booking was very given very fast which was important to us since our initial apartment fell through due to it "not existing". The apartment met all of our needs. With regard to the car parking in the garage car park, I would recommend that any future guests hire a small car since the spaces are a bit tight. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the Algarve and we did so by car. We regularly visited Quarteira, the Marina at Villamoura and Albufeira and easily found free car parking. I would highly recommend this apartment booking with Ideal Homes and would have no hesitation to book this apartment some time in the future.
