Slept like a baby the first day I checked in which was great! The walls are pretty thick so not that much sound from outside enters the room which was really nice. The walking distance of things you would need such as places to eat and laundry. If you find yourself looking for a drink there a lot of places you could visit to grab a drink from and all of them are walking distance from the unit you'll be staying at. Had a great stay for over a month. The guards at the lobby could be pretty strict at times but you could easily resolve that by sending a text message here at Airbnb and letting Ma'am Arby know regarding the issue. Would book it again, if I ever have a vacation in the Philippines again.

The host was very responsive, hence easy communication. The place was very clean and modern-looking. Everything that we needed were there. Overall, we had a nice and comfortable stay.

This is my second time to book with Arby,the first time was in another listing. Check in was smooth. We requested early check in and early check out.She was waiting for us at the lobby when we arrived, even helped us carry our luggage. The unit was clean,neat and with a homey feel,living up to its name of Homely Staycation. Slippers are provided,as well as coffee,candies,bottled water. Cooking and eating utensils were provided. Wifi was fast. Will definitely book again. Thank you for the hospitality!
