enjoyed our stay! great location and good fenced yard. stayed here for just over 2months while renovating our home. worth it!
Check in details ok. But also another lock box placed a front of property. My mistake but assumed this was the one. Needless to say did not open. Tried contacting AirBnB absolutely hopeless, no help at all. Eventually able to contact MadeComfy who got owner to attend. He arrived and explained we were at the wrong lock box. This problem could have been avoided if a simple message was placed on the wrong lock box. Another niggle TV Channel 7 no signal. Suggest antenna problem. Otherwise great property with everything needed for an excellent stay
had absolutely no communication whatsoever In regards to the actual address and lock box information after payment was made which was at 6.30am. I had to go out of my way to contact the host and when that failed I had to then contact air bnb support to help with my issue. after communicating with both air bnb and the host we eventually found the address and the lockbox after a 50min stuff around of communicating between both parties. we eventually got into the actual property at around 1.45pm. horrible experience trying to find the property and the lock box as every detail to do everything necessary was in individual messages that were 10mins apart. the home itself was quaint and peaceful.
