Good place for short and long term stay. Rooms are well equipped. I was staying in the family house for long-term stay. Room was big and had good amneties. Common bathroom was however often very dirty, despite being cleaned regularily (other housemates were just dirty). Common kitchen has all amneties and enough space. Location is OK if you are working on the NUS campus, just a couple bus stops away. Metro is close by but travel time into the city centre is quite a while. Overall value is good - recommended for your stay in Singapore both short or long term

Pls. note that this place has multiple rooms, and in all likelihood, you won't get what you see in the photos. Pls. manage your expectations and ask what kind of a room you'll get.

Great location, big room and value for how much you pay. You share bathroom with 1 other person. Close to NUS and NUH so suitable for students.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The host is very responsive. I have a really nice experience staying at K2's place.

Nice, big room in a good neighborhood! Holland Village is super close and bus stops right up the road, easy to reach. Bathrooms are basic, but everything necessary is available!
