David was the perfect host. I only had 1 issue (it was actually my fault) I didn't know how to use the cooker, I messaged David and literally within a minute somebody was at my door and assisted me. The apartment matches the pictures and description, it is actually larger than I imagined and was very comfortable. David even met me at 0230 in the morning and had provided a large water bottle for convenience. The apartment is well equipped with all mod cons, it really was home from home. David is an excellent host, the apartment building is beautiful and easily located to local amenities and Carolina park. I would definitely recommend David's apartment to anyone visiting Quito. Thanks David, I look forward to visiting again in the near future.

Bonito, cómodo y completo apartamento. Sector seguro con guardia permanente. Buen acceso. Bien ubicado con facilidades comerciales cercanas. Amplio Garage. Instalaciones funcionando perfectamente. Mejorar un poco la limpieza y manejo de desechos antes del check in. Recomendado.
