Heather was a great host. The bunkhouse was in the back of the farm overlooking a pond. We enjoyed every part of our stay. There was 16 of us and we all had plenty of room to spread out. We brought some strawberries while there and they were so good we brought more to take home. Highly recommend this bunkhouse if you are in the Baton Rouge/NOLA area with a big family. Thank You Heather!!!

It is a remodled bunkhouse that sleeps 12. Not a lot of things to do on property but we just needed a place to stage our family for the Strawberry Festival. Every morning they were in the fields picking their strawberries. Very quiet, peaceful, and quaint. Heather was very nice and had refrigerator and pantry stocked with necessities (coffee, tea, milk, water, etc). Full kitchen and bath with double stalls and twin showers. Beautiful pond out back they have stocked with bass and white perch (catch and release). We bought several flats of strawberries from her husband on the way out. If you are looking for a base to stay in the Hammond/Ponchatoula area for a group up to 12, this is the place.

We had such an amazing stay at Heather's bunkhouse - sitting near the pond was super peaceful, and looking out at the gorgeous strawberry fields was amazing! The bunkhouse had plenty of room for our family and the family we traveled with, and led to more wonderful vacation memories. Heather left us some great food/drink supplies to get us started before we went to the store, which was very thoughtful - especially after driving through the night to get to the bunkhouse. We hope to come again in the future - thank you so much!

it was just as listed. Heather always responded instantly. it was very cute in a strawberry or hard by a pond. Lovely little cabin in a great area.
