This home is located on the ground floor and walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops and the beautiful beaches! The Coquina House Studios are equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes 55’ Smart TV with cable, WIFI, full kitchenette and a great vibe. Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to local coffee shops like Southern Grounds and Homespun, Publix grocery store, an assortment of restaurants like ABBQ, Flying Iguana, Mezza Luna, Sliders Oyster Bar, and more, and bars like Lemon Bar and Pete’s Bar. The kitchenette includes a large fridge, stove top, pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee pot and a microwave! This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TV with cable and fast Wi-Fi! The clean and updated bathrooms have towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided There is a guest manual with an Atlantic Beach guide including local favorites such as North Beach Fish Camp, Ragtime, COOP 303, the Local, and best brunch spots. We also provide information to rent bikes (our favorite way of getting around the beaches). Property sleeps 3 with queen bed in bedroom and convertible twin sized sleeper sofa in living room This unit is 1 of 4 identical units. Please reach out to us about booking additional or multiple units! We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property. This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Coco's place is a delightful charming space. Very clean and comfortable. Coco, herself, is very responsive and proactive. The airbnb is located behind a Barbeque Restaurant, which of itself is great and they do play music until 10:00 PM, which wasn't a problem. The night staff did have loud entertainment which Coco did address for me. So if you are up the first night with loud noise nextdoor, Coco will address the problem. The airbnb is with in walking distance to everything. Great place!
Everything was perfect!
Coco’s place was as described. Love that there’s plenty of walkable restaurants and shops, gas station, and grocery store. There’s a BBQ Restaurant beside it that plays live music at night but they make sure to stop playing at a certain time as to not bother neighbors. The place is clean and the bed was very comfortable. Instructions for checking in and what to do at check out was clear and easy. Liked this place a lot, would definitely book again.
Coco’s place is exactly like the pictures. It was very clean, nicely decorated and was so close to shops, restaurants and the beach. One of top places I have stayed in over the last few years of traveling 👍
I had an amazing experience! Would recommend to friends wanting to stay in the area!

Very Walkable Area to Atlantic beach Town Center and Beach
Beach Buggy app can pick you up and take you most places at Atlantic Beach town center and Jax Beach for a tip. Download the app in advance to see their travel coverage box on a map. Hours are updated frequently on the app. Thursday - Sunday 5pm-midnight but check app to confirm!
