Welcome to the Boardwalk home! A 10 min walk to the 201 iexpress bus to take you Conestoga College Doon Campus or UW. A 5 min walk to the 4 bus to take you to the Boardwalk supercenter and Grand River Hospital. Grocery/liquor stores and other essential retailers are less than a 5min drive away. This home features a 55 inch smart TV, 1GBPS high speed internet, 2 workstations, a master ensuite bedroom with a king bed, 2 other bedrooms with 3 beds, and a fully private backyard space/patio. What You'll Love ✔ Self check-in using a smart lock ✔ 1GBPS high speed internet ✔ Bright and colorful living room with 55 inch smart tv ✔ Spacious bedrooms (1 king-sized bed, 1 full-sized bed and 2 single beds) ✔ 2 workstations ✔ 6 seater dining table ✔ Fully-equipped kitchen, including kitchen appliances (microwave, oven, kettle, coffee maker, cooking and eating utensils) ✔ Fully enclosed backyard with large greenery for privacy Other things to consider: • The basement of this home is a separate unit and there may be potential for noise. The basement unit has their own private entrance. • The main floor and second floor are for your exclusive use. Other than the driveway, there are no shared amenities with the basement guest. • Temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. You will not have access to control the temperature because the thermostat controls the temperature for the basement guest too. • We provide one bath towel and washcloth per registered guest. If you require more please plan accordingly.

Very spacious and perfect for our family. Kids enjoyed tv options. The kitchen is well stocked making meal prep easy. Air was a bit stale at first but opening windows to air out the house resolved it. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Tiffany!

Our family stay at Tiffany's was Great! Very professional at the same time very friendly host.Locationwise it was near to Boardwalk which is at walkable distance and it was really helpful for us since we could do all the grocery shopping and other shopping easily. House is even better than what it looked on the photos.Higly recommend Tiffany's ❤️❤️
Tiffany’s place was excellent. The place had all amenities, was very clean and stocked, and Tiffany was terrific - responded to us immediately and looked after our needs. I highly recommend this nice place to stay. One adjustment would be good: Listing says checkout time is 11am, but the instructions posted on the wall in the home said 10:30, and House Rules say late checkout charges start at 10:01. We were able to clarify with Tiffany well in advance - checkout is 10am - and this should be corrected in the listing and in the home. All in all, great stay! 🙂
Our family of 5 had a really nice stay here while visiting family over the holidays. The home is spacious, clean, well equipped and in a very convenient location: so close to restaurants, shopping, major roadways etc but in a quiet, safe-feeling residential neighborhood. Our stay was only for 2 nights, but we could have easily stayed for much longer. The kitchen is spacious and has all of the basics for cooking. We appreciated the coffee, tea bags, kettle etc. The Brita water filtering jug was especially thoughtful as the municipal water is perfectly safe to drink but doesn’t taste good unless it’s filtered. Tiffany and her team were friendly & helpful, and it was really easy to communicate with them. They respond quickly to messages. Overall, we felt very much at home here (in fact the home reminded me a lot of my childhood house, in a good way) and wouldn’t hesitate to reserve here again in the future.
