Ken was always responsive and proactive when things were brought to his attention. However, the common areas were left dirty very often. The cleaning crew that supposedly came once a week did not do a very thorough job. I never used the kitchen because it was always dirty. Another tenant and I would clean the common areas in depth just because we didn’t like how messy it was. It was nice to have a place that was pet friendly, though.

It will be a nice place to live in, had there been less cockroaches crawling throughout the house. The cockroaches were literally everywhere, even on my bed, although it was clean. I appreciate the quick response from Ken-san, yet regretfully even he sent some professional cleaners to the house, cleaned the kitchen throughly and threw all the utensils and everything leftover in the fridge, the cockroaches somehow remained active. I don't know if this is a general problem for the people living in Edogawa City, since there's a mall at the opposite to the train station, at where pesticides were put at the most conspicuous position. Furthermore, about the bathtub, it is just a tub being place on the floor and it is movable. There's loads of rubbish below it, including shavers, gloves, etc. Last but not least, the floor surface covered by the tub was not cleaned for ages. To be honest, I am quite disappointed with this stay. I never expected such quality of hospitality happens in Jpn
