Great place to stay. Right above Paradgim mall. Clean apartment. Private parking. Great communication. Had a very comfortable stay. Will definitely stay again.

Few things to comment: 1) I arrived around 5pm and got to wait like 25 mins before the house keeper finally came down to hand me the keys. Understand if it is 3+pm but it is 2 hrs past 3pm and yet there is still a waiting time. Not very nice. 2) It is supposed to be a smoke free house but the house reeks of cigarette smell the moment I opened the front door. Need to open all the windows for 10-15 mins before the air is clear again 3) checkout is 11am. Is my fault that I assume that all places check out at 12 pm. I told the host that the breakfast place (mall) only operates at 10am. If checkout at 11am and minus off waiting time I only have less than 1 hr to quickly shove the food down and I have young children and old people in the group. I requested for slightly late checkout since I have waited during checkin but the host is adamant to keep to the 11am rules. Not very flexible and I am not like asking to stay for 1 hr longer - only 25’mins (my waiting time in return).
