Looking for a resort just for you? THIS IS IT! Surround yourself in total privacy and nature. You'll have exclusive use of the property. Our immaculate villa includes a King size bed, private plunge pool with spa and private patio. Main pool is super-sized resort style. The 2-level entertainment pavilion includes full kitchen and outdoor shower. This large property is an explorer's paradise complete with walking trails, koi pond, and Aluxe pyramid. We are regularly visited by a troop of monkeys. Hacienda MVO is in a secure gated community. We have outfitted the villa with luxury and comfort in mind. No detail overlooked. Expect to wake up to the serenity of the jungle and the comfort of a 5-star resort, all to yourself! We have a wonderful troop of monkeys who pass by twice a day. They literally pass through the trees right in front of the villa. There is a large two-level entertainment pavilion by the pool with a full kitchen and grill, large dining table and sectional sofa. The second floor has a fire table, sofas, day beds and hammocks for lounging roof top. An outdoor rain shower for two and a private gym is available for guests. Don't forget the Aluxe pyramid relaxation area with swings. Enjoy walking the paths through the jungle and stop to visit our egg laying hens. Fresh eggs available upon request. We have beach chairs and umbrellas. We have 2 bicycles with locks and helmets available. We have two stand up paddle boards. The villa has a Weber grill available for guest use.

Staying at Megan's place was an absolute delight! The beautiful and peaceful ambiance made our stay truly rejuvenating. Megan's kindness and hospitality added an extra layer of warmth to our experience. Highly recommend booking with her for a wonderful Airbnb getaway!
TEN STARS! I cannot say enough great things about our experience. Starting with the villa and property. The grounds are gorgeous. Thoughtfully laid out. Multiple pools, hammocks tucked away in so many places. My wife and I would literally find a new place to relax and enjoy a few times a day. The villa is perfect. Comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure. Jacuzzi with a waterfall right off the shower. Shower is great too. AC, reliable high-speed internet was flawless. So many different birds. And we were lucky enough to see the spider monkeys 4 times. Megan and Michael are incredible hosts. I was delayed getting in by a day unexpectedly and they helped my wife get supplies and settled in. Everything was thought of and they are truly great hosts. The rental they can supply is a great idea. All the fresh drinking water you'll need. We will definitely be going back and looking forward to hanging out with with them next time. Do yourself a favor & book it!
Our stay at Megan's "Casa De Mono" in Akumal was simply amazing. The grounds felt like a private resort, with lush landscaping and even jungle monkeys passing by at dusk. Carlos, the gardener, was both an artist and a joy to interact with. Max and Gracie, the resident doodles, made our stay even more special. The casita was spotless and well-appointed, with thoughtful touches like fresh eggs from the chickens. Megan's transportation and car rental services were convenient, and the private plunge pool was a refreshing treat after a hot day. We wish we could have stayed longer and will be back. Thank you, Megan, for an unforgettable experience.

We are located in highly sought after private gated community Rancho Santa Teresita. We are centrally located - almost across the highway from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Riviera Maya - Xpu Ha beach. We are 20 minutes from both Tulum and Playa del Carmen. The charming towns of Puerto Aventuras (which has a large supermarket) and Akumal (known for its sea turtles) are 5 minutes away. The private neighborhood is perfect for a walk on the jungle road. Or a nice ride around the Rancho with the hacienda bikes.
