Enjoyed the stay at this house very much! Clean house, big rooms, love the bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes! Classy place, looked exactly like the photos as listed. Loved it too that the kitchen was well equipped. Host was fairly responsive, and attended to our requests as well. Only downside was the location - in peak timing it could easily take an hour or so to go back to the house from the city center. Thank you to the hosts for the stay, it was pleasant overall and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

great place and fantastic stay. they let us check in early and check out a bit later. The home is great and full of amenities - not a single issue. the only downfall is the immediate area - it is a bit far from everything, so it's not really walkable and you'll need to rely on grab or taxi. otherwise, had a wonderful time. great stay

Overall, it was a delightful stay with a few pros and cons. One drawback was the location. The property isn't near any train stations, so Grab is the main transportation option. On the positive side, there were several pros. The Airbnb provided a parking space, which was convenient for guests with vehicles. The interior was spacious and matched the photos. The neighborhood was peaceful, contributing to a pleasant stay. Despite being on a side street, the location in Watthana made it easy to access other areas of Bangkok. Lineman is recommended for food delivery, with many eateries nearby. Airbnb provided a helpful cleaner who assisted with laundry, resulting in clean and fragrant clothes.

This is a great location retreat, in the heart of Bangkok. The neighbourhood is quiet, yet very close to everything you might need. The Scandinavian style is very pleasing, the private pool is a luxury, and the garage makes this ideal for those travelling with vehicles. There is so much space for guests and family, with many bathrooms. Thank you Evan for the lovely stay! I would definitely stay here again - I can recommend Evan's villa, you will not be disappointed.
