Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located apartment. Just a few minutes walk to the centre of Hobart. The space is light and bright with wonderful sash windows, mantle pieces, polished floor board, a well appointed kitchen and modern bathroom. There are just 2 apartments in this building. Both with separate access and individual privacy. A very stylish property that offers a very comfortable stay. It is located in the CBD, so there is road noise especially at morning peak hour.

Had a great stay with access to mountain bike trails and Hobart CBD. Would definitely stay again if I am in the area!
Justin was a super friendly host and was cooperative with us during our stay. The house was located near the city and easily accessible.
Loved the location, privacy and comfort. Host was really responsive in a timely way for an early check in due to personal circumstances. I would definitely choose to stay when in Hobart in future.
Justin’s place is clean, cozy and homey. Comfortable to walk to town and the Salamanca market. While we were there we enjoyed convenient off the street parking. Check in was easy and communication was very prompt. Definitely recommend!

5 minute walk to Hobart CBD and Sandy Bay shops and restaurants. Macquarie Street is quite a busy road as it is so close to the CBD.
Parking
Please note there is FREE parking spot in the adjacent car park from Wednesday through to Sunday (not Monday and Tuesdays). There is on-street free parking in the area but not on Macquarie Street weekdays from 6AM until 9AM. At other times there are 1 and 2 hour parking limits in the area. Please read the signs carefully.
